Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, even if returned within the 10-day window.
• Returned items must be:
  • Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
  • In original factory settings
  • Shipped in the original carton
• Returns will be denied if the original serial number tag is removed or altered.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If damage occurs during return shipping, the issue must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

  We strongly recommend:

• Secure packaging
• A tracking number
• Shipping insurance
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the product does not meet return conditions and requires repair or reconditioning, additional deductions will apply prior to refund.
