Return Policy

Exchanges (All Products)
We do not offer exchanges.

Custom Chairs
Customized Jackdrive wheelchairs are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Standard Returns (Non-Custom Products)
Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery confirmation for orders delivered within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns, even if returned within the 10-day window; if a defect is confirmed upon inspection, the fee is waived.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
• In original factory settings
• Shipped in the original carton/packaging
• With the original serial number tag intact (returns will be denied if the serial number tag is removed or altered)

Return Shipping & Damage
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If damage occurs during return shipping, the customer must resolve the claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend:
• Secure packaging
• A tracking number
• Shipping insurance

Inspection, Deductions, and Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Additional deductions may apply if return conditions are not met, including cases requiring repair or reconditioning.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
